  Founder & Executive Director

I’ve been an avid outdoorsman and angler my entire life. In my experience, the outdoors & the water can be magical, healing & learning places. I started Cast It Forward to share these positive, profound, life altering and impactful experiences our great sport and great outdoors can provide with those who otherwise would not have the opportunity. 

Secretary

 I’ve been with Great Day Improvements for over 40 years and am currently a production supervisor there. I reside in Tallmadge with Marie, my wife of 28 years. Together we have three children and five grandchildren. Fishing, hunting, and gardening are my passions. I also volunteer at my local church.  

Treasurer

In addition to being an experienced marketing specialist, I have served on the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) of Northeast Ohio Board of Directors. I have a BA in Rhetoric from Kent State University and a passion for art. I'm proud to support Cast It Forward's mission of spreading the joy of fishing. 

Board Trustee

Along with my wife Sonja, I own and operate a successful, aerospace focused manufacturing company. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, cycling, hiking, wine collecting, golf, and hunting.

Working alongside my husband Tom, I am the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable manager for our manufacturing company. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, hiking, travel, reading, and baking.

Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I am a proud fisherwoman, entrepreneur and marketing professional. I graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2020 with a degree in communications. In my free time you can find me volunteering at various Cast It Forward events, tending to my garden or experiencing local activities in our community.
